Greenwood Village—Denver Office
Our roots reach deep along the Front Range. Presidential Wealth Management—through our founding firm, Presidential Brokerage—has been headquartered in the same building in Greenwood Village for more than 20 years. We’ve moved up to the 11th floor and have expanded twice along the way, and we are proud to have such beautiful, welcoming offices.
The view is wonderful. Please stop in to see what we see—from Pike’s Peak to the south, Mt Evans straight ahead, and Long’s Peak to the north. Inside, it is inviting and refreshing. A warm welcome and warm cookies greet you. You will see that we have all the tools to do the job. But even more importantly, we have perspective on what is going on in people’s lives and ways to help ally some of their biggest fears: that of having uncertain financial times in later years.
There is no substitute for experience or depth of resources. Our average financial advisor has achieved more than 20 years’ experience in helping people design a personalized financial plan and manage their family’s wealth. Each of our team members brings fresh insights into working with multigenerational aspects of financial guidance. Family matters, such as transferring wealth, structuring beneficiary designations, liquidating a family business, or accommodating special needs individuals can all be challenging. But we can help.
Unlike many firms, we are our own FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer and a Registered Investment Adviser. We are a licensed insurance agency having longstanding relationships with many leading providers. Your goals involve securing lifelong income, protecting your family’s assets, growing your wealth, and leaving a lasting and meaningful legacy. Those issues can be tricky and complex.
And you aren’t likely to get any “do-overs” when it comes to other crucial money matters: properly filing for Social Security, rolling over a 401(k), allocating your IRAs in a proactive manner, or deciding whether a ROTH IRA makes sense from a taxation standpoint. We are here to provide commonsense guidance and sound strategy for you and your family.
Presidential Wealth Management is focused on helping people—individuals and families—prepare for solid financial futures and to enjoy meaningful, rewarding retirements. Our financial advisors are knowledgeable and experienced in many issues that concern retirement planning:
We also pride ourselves on being a recognized source of investor educational information through numerous free workshops and seminars.
We offer—without charge or obligation—an informative Discovery Session that can help you graphically visualize how your investments and retirement savings work together. We can then show you how changes—sometimes quite minor—might make a difference in how long your assets last for you. There are few things worse than worrying about whether you will run out of money before you run out of time! If you are in the Denver metro area and interested in meeting with an experienced, caring, licensed financial professional about your financial future or retirement planning, please call 303-694-1600 or set an appointment on-line to visit us at our Greenwood Village office. If you are outside of the metro area, we also have other Colorado offices in Colorado Springs and Loveland. Call us today. There is no better time!
